Save PDF file with conditionally formatted cells

In my excel template file some cells are conditionally formatted so that the cell background color depends on the cell value.

If I save the xlsx file everything works, while if I save the pdf file the background color of the formatted cells does not change.

Is it possible to solve this problem?

I am using GemBox.Spreadsheet 4.7 v1044

Unfortunately, I was unable to reproduce this issue.

Can you send us your Excel template file so that we can try to reproduce this issue and investigate it?
