Rotating Axis Labels on a chart

Hello,

I have a column chart that I’m generating then saving as an image and all the horizontal axis category labels are coming out at a diagonal. I would like to have them all be horizontal instead and wrap text if necessary. When saved to the spreadsheet, the labels are horizontal. Is there any way for me to make the labels horizontal in the image chart? For reference, here is the chart being generated:
