Could you help me if there is any option to use 6 or more icons in an icon set or the ability to insert one icon per cell (from icon sets).

Can you tell me a bit more about your context, what you’re trying to do?
Are you referring to conditional formatting with the IconSetCondition?
If yes, then I’m afraid that the answer is no. I don’t believe you can have more than 5 icons with this conditional formatting.
Perhaps you just need to insert new images at the required locations, required cells?
Note that for this you don’t need conditional formatting, see the Images example:
